    Annual Financial Statements& CIPC Compliance

Annual financial statements are a legal requirement for all registered companies in South Africa. They provide a formal record of your business's financial performance and are needed for SARS, CIPC, banks, and investors.

    What's Included

    Statements & Compliance Services

Professional preparation by a SAICA registered Chartered Accountant.

    Annual Financial Statements (AFS)

We prepare complete annual financial statements including the statement of financial position (balance sheet), statement of comprehensive income, statement of changes in equity, cash flow statement, and accounting policy notes — all in compliance with IFRS for SMEs or full IFRS as applicable.

    CIPC Annual Returns

Every registered company in South Africa must file an annual return with CIPC within 30 business days of its registration anniversary. We track your deadline and ensure on-time submission to prevent deregistration.

    Beneficial Ownership (BO) Filing

Since April 2023, all South African companies must file a beneficial ownership register with CIPC. We identify and register the natural persons who own or control your company, keeping you compliant with the Companies Amendment Act.

    Workmen's Compensation (COIDA)

If you employ staff, you must register with the Compensation Fund and submit an annual return of earnings. We handle the calculation and submission to ensure your employees are covered and your business is compliant.
